In the lead-up to ARR2024 in March 2024 we will be spotlighting the authors who will be signing. In the spotlight today we have TL Hamilton . TL Hamilton will be signing in Melbourne.
Who was the first romance author to catch your interest?
I feel like I’ve read romance most of my life, but the earliest one that stands out to me is Diana Gabaldon with her Outlander series.
How long have you been reading romance?
FOREVER!! Lol, definitely since my early teens.
What genres do you write?
I’m an eclectic author who likes to follow the muse, so you’ll find paranormal and contemporary, romcom and kink, soldiers, and swimmers, and harems (oh my!)
What is your favourite part of creating a story?
I love exploring who the characters are as people. Their motivations and flaws, and what makes them tick.
Tell us about your latest release:
My latest individual release was a hockey romance novella with a twist on the grumpy sunshine trope called Kicking it With the Winger . Oscar is a cinnamon roll hockey player with a savior complex who meets his match with Mia. Mia is a burlesque dancer with a dark past. The story takes the reader on a trip through navigating relationships after trauma, and the healing process.
What else are you working on at the moment?
I have a paranormal rom-com novella with the editor at the moment, and am currently working on book 2 in my swimming sports romance series, The Perfect Stroke .
