What is Korma?

Korma is a North Indian dish of braised meat and vegetables in a rich sauce often containing yogurt and ground nuts. This version is a tribute, nut-free and vegan , instead using coconut milk, along with tofu and cauliflower.

What are the Health Benefits of Spices?

Spices, such as these delicious Indian spices, have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
