Who was the first romance author to catch your interest?
I flirted with romance for years before making a serious commitment (I was always an epic fantasy girl). I fell in love with Mhairi McFarlane first. Then I bought a Kindle and discovered Melanie Harlow. Now I read a good mix of traditionally and self-published authors.
How long have you been reading romance?
As long as I can remember, but romance only became a real obsession in the last few years.
What genres do you write?
Contemporary romance and romantic comedy
What is your favourite part of creating a story?
The dreaming phase. I love the early stages of getting to know my characters and picturing them in all sorts of hot, heartfelt and hilarious scenarios.
Tell us about your latest release:
Perfect For You is the third book in my Valentine Bay series, but it can be read as a standalone. It stars Isaac Greene, a small-town cop with a huge heart and not a lot of luck with women, and the girl next door, Birdie Maxwell, a sassy gambler who wants to teach him a thing or two.
What else are you working on at the moment?
I am waiting on line edits for my new book, Only For You (Valentine Bay #4), to come through from my editor, and preparing for its release in February 2024.
