HULK #11 (2000)

SHIELD has arrested Bruce Banner for, as Hulk, taking down a full passenger plane. She-Hulk is his lawyer. He is freed from his subterranean cell by a gang of midget Hulks



Turns out, Tyrannus (who has been mind-controlling Hulk for most of this series) also had machines that could turn the Moloids into mini-Hulks.



Banner Hulks out and breaks all the machines, and then is cleared of all charges.



This is a really pat and unsatisfying way to resolve the Tyrranus storyline that had been percolating for a long time.
