PETER PARKER SPIDER-MAN #22 (2000)

Sandman is dying.

In his last days, he watches TV and writes his will.

He is dying because Venom took a big bite out of him.

This is a dumb idea. It is inconsistent with his past.

But he heals himself in the end. Can you guess how?

He goes to the beach.
