Rewind, Recap: Weekly Update W/E 04/02/24

Not much by way of preamble this week. I have done nothing. Been suffering from the dreaded seasonal cold all week (definitely not CV – do not fret) which has left me feeling sorry for myself and a bit like a pound shop Kathleen Turner, although my husky voice was, on occasion, more Joe Pasquale – proper squeaky. I sneezed myself half deaf in a meeting, just a one off sneeze but one of those proper ear-squeakers. Sleep has been variable to say the least (zero minutes let alone hours on Friday night) but until today (Sunday) I haven’t been able to turn a cough or a sneeze into anything productive. I don’t expect sympathy as it is just a cold and hasn’t stopped me doing anything in particular, even work. I’m just using it was an excuse for being a lazy moo tbh. I mean it’s not like it was even as bad as man flu …
