Thor #377 - Walt Simonson cover

Walt Simonson

Thor v1 #377, 1986 - The one-armed Grendell and the dark elves attack Thor at his moment of weakness.  Walt Simonson  illustrates the impending death blow on this colorful cover. While not among his best layouts, the overall effort suffices. Sal Buscema draws the interior story art. This is 50 of 55 Thor by  Simonson .
