A Note From The Author
Hi, fellow book lovers! Thanks for being here and supporting Dianne’s blog! She’s kindly allowed several of us fellow Kickstarter runners to guest post here about our work, and I’m so thrilled to be able to connect with you all.
First, some get-to-know-your questions.
1) Do we have any Supernatural fans out there?
2) What about the X Files ?
3) Or … is there anyone just looking for something fresh, original, and fast-paced?
CHECK IT OUT
About two years ago, I myself checked all those boxes and was especially wrestling with Question #3. Because of that, I decided to finally sit down and write a story that had been kicking around inside my head for over a decade. Book One, Silverskin , came out last September, and now it’s time to release book two, The Dark Lady , into the wild!
Reviewers and readers alike have praised book one, Silverskin , for its lovable, relatable characters, its spooky supernatural aura, and its sweet, heartfelt romance. It’s been compared to everything from The Screwtape Letters to The Twilight Zone to the first two seasons of Stranger Things (before it took a hard left from suspense/thriller into horror. No judgment on the people who loved it; I’m personally just not about that.
