White Cube Gallery Announced Its Representation of Howardena Pindell, Artist Known for Profound Personal and Political Works and Innovative Use of Circular Motifs

Emphasizing color, structure and process, Pindell’s multidisciplinary practice explores an array of social and political issues, often through her own personal experiences. UK-based White Cube’s representation of Pindell is in collaboration with Garth Greenan, the New York gallery has worked with the artist since 2012. Garth Greenan will focus on the United States, while White Cube will handle Asia and Europe. Pindell was previously represented by London-based Victoria Miro and Garth Greenan. In June, White Cube will present “Tesseract #16 (2024),” a new work by Pindell at Art Basel in Switzerland. White Cube Hong Kong will open the gallery’s first solo exhibition with Pindell in November.
