Flintstones comic - 1994/5

I'm filing this under '90s comics I don't know enough about' - I know that issue 1 came out with a cover date of August 1994 and that issue 11 is cover dated March 1995. What I don't know is how many issues were there and when did it go fortnightly (as it must have done to get to 10 issues by February when issue #1 only came out in August)? Hopefully I'll be able to update this at some point in the future.  This is not to be confused with the Marvel UK title ' Flintstones and friends '.
