It feels like I’m going back to a place that makes me feel safe and comfortable. So of course I was so happy to read this book because it took me back to one of my favorite small towns. Jayna use to live in Papillion when she was younger but her family wasn’t rich and they also didn’t have the best reputation, but Jayne was smart and wanted out of the small town she grew up in. She was almost obnoxious about it, which didn’t go over well with other people. But she was ambitious and wanted to get out and prove to the world that she could be more than her upbringing. She wanted to show the world how amazing and smart she was. And she did accomplish that until life smacked her around a bit. She thought she had the perfect life, high powered lawyer in a prestigious law firm. Married to the son of the law firm owner. She thought she had everything she could wanted until her life was turned upside down. She had to go back to Papillion with no money, no husband and no prestigious job. She was broke and back home. Now she’s forced to take on cases that are nothing like what she use to do and even worse she has to go against her high school crush who’s also a lawyer. BUY LINK
