As I noted in my comment below, I welcome the potential of green technology and am well aware of efforts to sabotage its widespread adoption. What I’m referring to here is the faith in future carbon-sucking technology and other dubious solutions that fossil fuel execs and their political allies use an excuse to keep drilling.
