Please, just stop doing these stories.  It has been a tired cliché of the genre for decades now and it needs to die so we may live









2 White Rabbit




DC: we want to make it easier for new readers to jump onto and understand our stories and characters.
Also DC: We are bringing back our white stripper bunny character who is actually a clone of an Indian woman, except she isn’t actually a clone.  Also, please go see the Flash!












3 Marvel Zero
This is a reprint of Marvel’s 2023 Free Comic Book Day offerings and it costs 7 dollars.  Its presumably called Marvel Zero because thats how much value it has

5 Lying Publishers
Marvel: we are killing Ms. Marvel and nothing will ever be the same again

6 New Thunderbolts, Part 1
Such an obvious MCU synergy play.  Dear Marvel, if you want to get MCU fans to buy comics, maybe try actually promoting the comics?  You know, like your Distinguished Competition has done?












7 New Thunderbolts Part 2
While the roster composition is clearly just a lame copy of the MCU, the actual plot solicitation is exciting .  The book will be continuation of Kelly and Lanzing’s phenomenal , Brubaker-esque work with Captain America and Bucky.










8 Summer of Symbiote Variants
To me, this is where variants can be a lot of fun, at least as a collector.  It would never make sense to publish these as main covers.   As alternate art , however, they are a fun collection of homages with an inherent collectability.












9  Al Ewing
This man has quietly established himself as one of the biggest contributors to the Marvel mythos in history.  Its crazy how deep his continuity knowledge goes










10 Justice League Vs. Godzilla Vs. Kong
This premise is like pure 10-year old id distilled into a comic book.  And I absolutely love it
