Recipes for a Labor Day Barbecue!

This  Peach and Brie Bruschetta  is an excellent summer appetizer recipe.  Fresh peaches and melted brie are so good together!
Everyone needs this  Old Fashioned Macaroni Salad  recipe on hand to make for barbecues and potlucks.  This is a great, classic macaroni salad recipe. It’s the best!
This  Loaded Baked Potato Salad  is going to be your new favorite recipe for potlucks and parties!
Jucy Lucy Burgers  are popular burgers that are a twist on the classic American cheeseburger.
This  Best Burger Sauce Recipe  is truly the best sauce to add to your burgers.  It’s very much like a Thousand Island dressing, and it’s the perfect pairing for hamburgers!
Strawberry Peach Sangria  is one of my favorite summertime sangria recipes.
This layered  Berry Trifle  is a simple trifle recipe with layered berries, cake and a sweetened whipped cream.

What I’m watching and reading :

We have been watching Band of Brothers on HBO (Max). I know it’s old, but we have never seen it and we’re headed to Normandy for a tour soon!
I have been waiting a very long time for Spare to come available on my Libby app. I finally started listening to it. It is narrated by the author (Prince Harry). I wasn’t a big fan of him going on TV and blasting the royal family, but I am enjoying the book. I feel like he’s being pretty honest. I just don’t know that he needed to make it all so public.

Fun Recipes I’ve spotted on the internet this week :

I’m going to have to try these Sweet Potato Pancakes sometime this fall!
These Coconut Mojitos would be great for a hot summer night.
OMG, you’ve gotta see these Bacon Wrapped Smoked Onion Rings . Wow!
I love these idea of baking this Italian Plum Tart !

Here’s what’s going on in my life:

We have some good friends visiting right now. And we all went to the Dierks Bentley concert a couple nights ago. Yee haw!
